Concentrated Effect does not increase the damage of Magma Barrier

Concentrated Effect seems to have no affect on the damage of Magma Barrier despite MB having a AoE tag.

I tried to test it.
When checking the calculation, you're right.
In tests I can't seem to test it propperly, since bosses have eighter barrier charging up or are simply dead.
We need some hitting test dummies.

In about 10 tests I couldn't see any difference.
