What is headhunter is that the support gem named " behead" that steals mods from rares? :) (which anyone can put on)

Behed = Supported strike skills so not anyone can put on PLUS behed is 20sec
and Headhunter in poe 1 is 60sec , thats why should be at least 60sec in poe 2 i say atleast becouse poe 2 have way less rare mobs |
