Trial of the Sekhemas Unnable to Complete it in any way

Yeah long story short
i did the Story as normal Act 2 i Entered the Traitors passage killed balbala it dropped a Djinn barya but i either crashed or something else happend so the Dropped barya has dissapeared
the quest says: Go with the djin barya to Asala to get more information



As you see in the screenshots btw:

if i kill balbala i will maybe drop sometimes a barya wich is normal i should enter than the sekhemas trial
"this one you see isnt the green one supposed to continue the quest its just one i had duo other progress dw just for showing no it did not drop again"

So i cant progress now Trial to Sekhemas since the quest does not allow me to speak with asala about the trial since i dont have the "Barya djinn" thing anymore

what i tried:

create other instances killed balbala several times
tried to teleport to the trial by others quest didnt wanted me to "it was greyed out"
waited some days for maybe server restart didnt helped either
i hope you see the problem
i did now ultimatum since then but i really want to complete the fully last ascendency by the trial of sekhemas or Even have the oppertunity to enter it
pls help me
