Shrine Damage Too Stronk

The last two times I've died 92+ has been to shrines. Mind you, I'm attempting to save them for breaches, but like. My god. I'm assuming they're affected by map mods.. which I think is not great. (im talking about the lightning and meteor ones btw)

Removed one-shots from strongboxes and added them to shrines, very nice
