Weapon Swap bug with Crossbow (Makes the Crossbow un-useable)

Today I was trying a new build, using Vine arrow then I wanted to swap to explosive shot infused with poison but the Witch Hunter just goes into a weird animation lock where he's holding the crossbow with 1 hand, the other hand looks like he's trying to give someone a handy, but you cannot shoot the crossbow and you actually can not even fire more vine arrows if you wanted to.

The only way to get out of this animation lock is to do a Dodge roll. This is 100% repeatable and it makes weapon swapping from Bow/Crossbow unplayable.

Hopefully GGG can resolve this in a hotfix
