Game Crashes My PC – Hard Reset Required Every Time

Hi everyone, I’ve been having some issues with the game recently. After deciding to format my computer to improve performance, the game started crashing my entire system. It happens whether I’m on the character selection screen, after choosing a character, or while traveling to a game map. When the game is about to crash, all the cores are at 100% in the task manager, the mouse starts lagging badly, the audio disappears, and the only way I can get any result is by holding down the power button for a hard reset.

It’s really frustrating, especially since I recently purchased the game and two special bundles, spending around 1200 points in total. It’s a shame that after spending so much, I can’t even enjoy the game. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice?
