infernal legion bug (not igniting league mechanic enemies)

I have been using infernal legion with fireflower unique amulet with cast on minion death and srs. It seems that infernal legion does not ignite any enemies spawning after the initial enemy spawns of the map. this includes league mechanics and trials (both). The gem seems to be working fine with everything else though. I cannot engage with the fun content of the game due to this. Please fix.

Based on the 0.1.1 notes it looks like this might be fixed in the next patch.
