Vaal orb outcome limits divine sink with uniques

In the dev talk today, it was discussed that there isn't a great divine sink in the game, and that divining uniques is a good goal for it.

A big problem with this is that often players don't want to divine uniques since vaaling uniques is so powerful and one of the vaal outcomes is that it divines the unique. I think this vaal outcome is at odds with the goal of having uniques be a divine sink.

Not proposing a solution, just calling attention to this.
