Allocates BEEF do not work

Hi Support, All,

I have allocte with disitlled Fear, Disgust, Fear, the BEEF power on my amulet but it doesn't work.

I have an Corruption Noose Gold Amulet with theses specs:
+ 24 to Strength
Allocates BEEF

Currently my character is a warrior with:
Strength 755

If I remove the amulet I have:
Strength 725

The difference is 30, which is due to my helmet: Black Sun Wrapped Helmet that provide me 15% incresaed strength

So BEEF allocation is not granted as
Amulet: Strength +24
Beef: Strength +25
Total +49 Strength without the buff of my helmet.

I should have at least 774 Strength + the buff of the helmet.

Could someone from support have a look on this ?
My caracter is TwinkyTheRabbit, level 91, Class Warrior
