"An unexpected disconnection occurred"

I enter map on enter and kill monster and then my char was freezed and crash to log in screen and I reenter my hide out again the endgame map I play before was gone including buff on map, my exp and my item that I achieve during I played on that map.

After crash to log in screen it shows "An unexpected disconnection occurred" left bottom corner. It happened after lasting update.

pls help

I am experiencing the same issue

same with me. i just had this right now - twice. waystones, gone. Map - attempted.. lost ALL my loots during that run. wtf
