[Chronomancer Bug] Temporal Rift stops working with Clarity support

When inserting Clarity into Temporal Rift, Clarity works fine, but Temporal Rift no longer can be used (can't teleport back to afterimages).

Afterimages still generate, and Temporal Rift is still visible as active at upper left corner of the screen.

Only after removing Clarity it works again.

How to reproduce:
1. Get Temporal Rift from Chronomancer's Ascendancy.
2. Make sure you have enough spirit left for Clarity
3. Insert Clarity into Temporal Rift
4. Try to use Temporal Rift

Just happened to me as well.

I've had Clarity socketed in Temporal Rift for a while. All of a sudden, Temporal Rift stopped working until I removed Clarity.

Happened in Tier 15 Boss map with Temporal Chain as a Debuff (May be pertinent).
