Pathfinder Concoction Skills - x% Increased Damage with Bow Skills / Widowhail

Hey,

It seems the Concoction skills (poison, bleed, cold, fire, lightning) greatly benefit from the Quiver suffix that increases damage with "bow" skills. Now either this is intended but very ambiguously written, or it's an actual bug.

Overall, with many passive points and tooltips, it's also not quite clear what actually does benefit Concoctions at all. It's in some instances seen as an 'Unarmed' attack, and in other cases, it doesn't benefit from things like "extra damage while Unarmed". It feels counter-intuitive to be expected to walk around with a bow yet be in half the cases claim to be 'Unarmed'.

Take for instance the passive talent "Flurry" (ignoring the fact that 25% reduced damage doesn't feel like a level-up):

"
20% increased Area of Effect while Unarmed
25% reduced Damage with Unarmed Attacks
20% increased Unarmed Attack Speed

The first one "while Unarmed" doesn't work for Concoctions, yet the second and third ones do. So we're Unarmed, but we're not Unarmed. What?

Also for this reason, nearly every Concoction player is using the bow 'Widowhail', greatly ramping up the damage a Quiver adds to Concoctions but it feels like we're pigeonholed into this exact item now. You're practically hyper-scaling +bow damage... while you're an 'Unarmed' person throwing flasks.

The concoction description skill specifically says "dealing unarmed damage" so I assume every unarmed damage modifier should affect this, even when using any kind of weapon.

What I am confused about is the fact that the "increased damage with bow skills" also affects the concoction. So, they should either change the wording, or better describe what a "bow skill" is, because afaik there is no "bow" tag for skills. We can deduct that a "bow skill" targets any skill you use, while having a bow equipped?

Or it could also be a bug, and it should not target the concoction at all.

Other than that specific interaction, Widowhail + god quiver + concoction doesn't seem like a bug or something that is not intentional.

Either way, would be great to have some clarification on this.
