PC - "Unexpected disconnection occured" error pops up randomly in game

I was playing on standalone client, and sometimes, out of nowhere, the game freezes for about 2-3 seconds, and then it sends me to the login menu, with the error "Unexpected disconnection occured", it has been happening since something like 2 days ago. It doesnt seem to happen for any specific thing i do, it happened while mapping and also while i was just in the ziggurat refuge organizing my stash. Please help me GGG.

I use:
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 3.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
