Kabala Clan Relics Deleted

I accidentally dropped the quest item, quest cannot be progressed, need help to recover please, even after I go back to Keth to kill Kabala again, quest item never drop.

it is not a drop from Kabala . It is a random drop from any monster in Keth. Keep killing all the monster of that area in a new area instance

Been resetting the instance and cleared all mobs in the map many times now, still no luck of getting Kabala Clan Relic (Quest Item), now the quest just stuck, with the Sun Clan Relic attached to the altar in Titan Map.

I am experiencing the same problem. In my case, I entered the second ascension test, and when I clicked on the stash, the Kabala relic disappeared. It didn't fall to the ground, nor is it in the stash. No matter how much I restart the instance in Keth and clear all the mobs, I can't get the item dropped again. I can't continue with the mission. Yooo I had close scenario on what happened that caused this issue. I was collecting rewards from the Sekhemas trial, I was arranging my inventory and I just could not recall whether I dropped it or what, the quest item just disappeared. It didn't have any warning messages... However, I found it annoying that the item maybe dropped, if you pressed the middle section between Titan's Expansion Inventory and Normal Inventory.

Looks like the recent patch v0.1.1 haven't get this issue resolved yet.

This still appears to be bugged to me. I thought the patch fixed it, but I'm not seeing it drop still. Anyone else have this be fixed for them?

Similar problem here, except when I got the first relic, and put it in the titan place (Act 2 non-cruel), then went to Keth, the Kabala relic just never dropped. I've reset instance several times on multiple days. I played through the rest of campaign and took that character to level 90, but never completed that quest.
