Path of Exile Payment System Down?

Is anyone else getting Xsolla errors?

Mine is:
"Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account."

I tried multiple cards, all of which work with other vendors but fail via Xsolla.

Apparently Xsolla is not working for a lot of people.

My friends informed me of this and recommended me to just buy Karma Koin via Gamestop instead, which worked.

I opened a ticket with Xsolla but based on their reply it does not appear like they understood the issue.

There is an online chat button, just speak to one of their people, same was happening to me , I just had to confirm my bank card with them and they did some behind the scenes stuff quickly and then my payment went through.

They replied to my case but by the time I confirmed that it is not an issue with my bank they closed the case (potentially because I mentioned a Karma Koin alternative).

I replied to them that the issue is not resolved.

Hopefully they can provide clear instructions for a resolution as to what problem they are experiencing that is preventing PoE2 customers from making purchases.
