Explosion from Herald of ice deal approximate 0.1%dmg

Not sure how to precisely describe: yesterday it worked fine and i could clear rare t15 maps with no problems(im acolyte level 86),but now explosion deal almost no damage.I thought i ruined my setup somehow but after checking herald(level 17 btw) in act 1 cruelty i got same results(almost no damage at all).I tried to backup all changes i made in my build for two days in case it my fault somehow and could not fix it,so my only guess its somehow bugged.In case someone will tell me to get spirit or anything else Herald is ON ,i can see explosions and shattering but it deal close to zero damage(it still does).Anyway i'd be grateful to get any advice how to fix it

Edit:So i think i managed to fix my herald by unequiping my widowbow(selected in first weapon slot).Then i tried to reproduce bug by equiping it back and got nothing-damage was big enough.After that i tried several times to quickly turn on and off herald of ice and luckly bug hit me again(damage was awful to say the least).No clue how it can possibly be related but im glad i fixed it.

To address why i was clicking like insane caveman on icon of herald in first place: i wanted to hear my monk reactions on cold spells like "winter preveils".Got punished pretty hard for it :D.
