Monster AI - simultaneous use of abilities (or, Institutional Amnesia)

A pack of four champion Scarecrow Beasts all simultaneously leapt on me. (Didn't die, to be clear this isn't at all a rage post.)

This was already specifically sought out and solved in PoE... Randomness so that monsters don't all do exactly the same thing at exactly the same time when they see aggro you.

Gets frustrating seeing solved problems repeated again!

If it's in use and was a 1 in a million coincidence, hey, carrion. ;) Though I've noticed a pattern of projectile monsters all immediately spamming you with the exact same move on first aggro...
