while using bone storm. if you activate the skill to start charging and and quickly let go of the button and re-press it, you regain full movement speed while continuing to channel. definitely not intended

I am not able to reproduce this on my setup. Letting go and re-pressing the button keeps the channeling but also the movement speed penalty.
