How did panko log out without hitting esc?

I was watching Hardcore deaths on a website i know of and i seen rg_panko died on a lvl 83 char
but when watching i noticed you dont even see the escape menu when he goes to log out, he dies and bam logs out
it reminded me of the diablo 2 chicken bot that i heard alot about and i was wondering if this kind of stuff is allowed?
i dont think it is but im not really sure.
and if he is not using a chicken bot how did he log out instantly?
is there something that i am missing or just don't know?

i also know if u hit that res button it drops you in town softcore.

bind alt-f4 to your mouse

u guys are stupid , alt f4 nearly never works , u often need at least 2 second to exit with alt f4 and that depends from the client , no hardcore player ever should use alt f4 even tho the scrubs call hardcore alt f4 league .Back to the original question , he uses macro to click the menu and then *leave to login screen* command with his mouse and no that isnt against the rules and it is really efficent because its fast and safe.To learn more u can watch his youtube videos and he explains u how to do it.

Autohotkey can also map mouse movements.

I have heard that most of the top 20 on the hardcore ladder all use macro's 1 for /oos and 1 that hits esc moves the mouse over to log out and clicks log out within the blink of a eye, Due to the terrible almost un playable at times desync in this game i think that a macro for these should just be implemented in the game since nothing is being done to fix desync. Instead of pressing enter typing /oos then hitting enter around 4-5 times a map there should just be a bind for it in the UI.
