Map device not working after dying in Hardcore maps

I was playing my warrior HC SSF character and died in maps, I wanted to keep playing in softcore SSF but when I logged on the character I cannot use the map device at all. I tried relogging, switching characters, using hideout/ziggurat refuge map device - nothing works. This renders my character essentially unplayable.

Are there any fixes or is the team aware of this bug?

Same problem, couldn't find a solution so far.

Died in the very first map in HC, decided to try a couple more maps in SC just to get the fell of it before creating another char but device is unclickable.

just travel to third act and go through portal
