Completed Terracotta Sentinels and Got Failure

I beat the Terracotta Sentinals and as the last one was falling to the ground after dying, the trial didn’t end and I died after the fact from one of the ice turrets. It seemed like way too much lag between killing the last boss and the trial completion triggering. This is infuriating as this 3rd ascendancy trial is very time consuming. Please review video footage and award completion if you agree that I successfully completed it.
