Missing Credit Points Due to Nexon Game Card Timeout

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with a recent transaction using a $100 Nexon Game Card I purchased. During my last two transactions on Path of Exile, one of them, valued at $20, experienced a "Timeout" error, and I did not receive the corresponding Credit Points.

In total, I only received 800 points (equivalent to $80), but my Nexon Game Card now shows a $0 balance. This indicates that the $20 transaction was deducted but not processed correctly.

My account ID is 492#7662.
Could the support team please verify this and credit the missing points to my account?
