We're currently handling a large volume of support requests. If you've contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We appreciate your patience!

They've said usually like an hour or two max before all the poe2 hype but ive been waiting 49 days for them to finish my mtx transfer from xbox to pc so dont be surprised if you've got another couple weeks or more wait time stay sane exile :)

Same here? I spent all this money on this game but they didn't have to wait days to get that money I spent. I just need my email responded to, dang!

" They don't have to wait days to get our money because it's an automated process. They did say --not several times-- but every time someone complains about the wait, that they're overwhelmed with tickets. Tickets need to be manually reviewed. Some understanding and patience will go a long way. They can't hire 50 people just to read tickets, and when they're done, kick them. So we're left waiting. " Tip: Don't make the same mistake a lot of people seem to be making. Which is to additionally reply to your support ticket. It will only push it down the queue. |

I think the issue is bigger than that. Steam/Epic tells you to mail them when you have issues.
In the mail they state they don't have resources for technical support or tell you to go to the forum: "Hi there, Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." On the forum they tell you to send an e-mail and wait. Then 2-3 weeks later this seems to repeat. |
