Maxing out overflow life seems to deactivate all buffs

Currently my necromancer is using couture of crimson to leech and overflow life easily.
When reaching the overflow limit, all my buffs seem to turn off including blood remnants, all current/queued up flask effects.

Weapon swapping/changing gear fixes this temporarily, but once i hit maximum overflow again, it will turn off.

I am using no other uniques that may cause things to not work.
I meet all attribute requirements without the attributes from my gear.
I am not actively weapon swapping.
