I can't login on character

Hello, I haven't logged into my account for several months. I logged in now hoping to start a new character and see what I have left on the existing ones. I currently have two characters of which only one is the main character, the other being the first character that I abandoned for the second one. I can log in on the low lvl one I played but not the main one, the screen remains locked as if it is continuously loading. At the time I stopped playing it was still in the league at the time, now I see that it is transferred to the standard one since that league had ended. Can you help me to find out the reason why he is not logged in? I had more cosmetic microtransactions on that character that I don't want to be blocked or removed from my account.
