Pinning aura/ buff icons using alt

Would it be at all possible to add the pin function using alt to the aura and buff icons? I think it would be really cool to be able to place them more within line of sight for things like charged staff and such, that way the timer is in you peripheral vision and a little easier to keep an eye on. I know its kind of trivial but I would really enjoy it as a feature. Alternatively if there was an option to choose the aura/ buff tray location (left, center, right). Not sure if that is a simpler option.
