Breach Crumbling wall perk cashing maps + rollback

Whenever I get Crumbling walls proc and get 10 extra breaches, my game about halfway though suddenly freezes and I get rollback to the point before I started the map. This is happening every time, making me lose the map and all the loot and xp.

I have had this happened to me about 4-5 times already and I am not sure but I feel like the game can't handle how much loot is dropped because my map is covered with loot and it is always happening when there is so much of it dropped on the ground.

Going out of the map and back through the portal seems to be saving the game progress so this is the only solution I have so far to not lose too much stuff, but it is still super annoying.
