Bug Report ID: #2755560572 - Chober Chaber doesn't benefit from Pain Offering nor Lust for Sacrifice

The Unique mace "Chober Chaber" has the following affix: 'Increases and Reductions to Minion Damage also affect you'. This effect, though, doesn't benefit from the skill "Pain Offering", which creates an Aura that 'Grants Minions x% more damage'. It also ignores the notable "Lust for Sacrifice", which grants '40% increased Minion Damage while you have at least two different active Offerings'.

Tested for both the numeric increase in the skills tab, and the damage dealt to the same enemy type with different combinations of Chober Chaber + Pain Offering + Lust for Sacrifice.

This might be intended behaviour, but the interpretation of the affix make it seem like this skill and notable should synergize with the Unique.

Pain Offering not applying would be intended, as "% more damage" is not an "increase" or "reduction" to minion damage but a different type of modifier to damage, and Chober Chaber only works with "increases" and "reductions".

However, the 40% increased Minion Damage from Lust for Sacrifice should work as-written, so if it doesn't it should be considered a bug I think.
