Lightning Bolt + Temporalis crashing often is stealth nerf?

Since this morning, my build that followed Jungroan's template for Temporalis + Choir of the Storm has been crashing way more often. So often that it's unplayable. I'm not sure if something I changed caused the issue (my crit chance is still <70%) so I wanted to see if others were having the same issue.
