Infernal Legion Does Not Ignite Enemies Spawned After Joining Instance
The Infernal Legion support gem does not apply ignite to any enemies that spawned after an instance has already been created. Some examples of this include Breach, Delirium, and some Trial of the Sekhemas rooms such as the hourglass and chalice ones. Any enemies that spawn in after your character is already in the instance do not get ignited. You can easily reproduce this by running breach with the Infernal Legion gem equipped.
I have a build that relies on this mechanic and it is essentially bricked for all of this content. Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 10:38:10 AM

Experienced the same issue with Strongbox and Breach content personally. The enemies simply do not ignite.

I've had similar experiences with ignite, so the helm that ignites with enemies in presence works when you remove and put it back on - obviously this needs fixed, but are you able to remove anything, be it the skill and resocket or support etc in the mean time?

That's a great workaround, Tyladras. Thanks so much for the info. I'll try unsocketing and resocketing the support gem next time and see if it helps or not. Obviously this isn't super practical in all situations but it would certainly help while waiting for a fix. Cheers!

seems that taking skill gem off and putting it on doesn't help
