Ancient Vows Relics Disappeared (ACT +2)

In an attempt to stash both relics in the stash box in the Trial of the Sekhemas, the relics related to the quest Ancient Vows were dropped but never found again. I tried to re-farm them but no drops. How to obtain them again?
