Game crashes for all players when using Volcanic Fissure w/Upheaval

Perceived bug:
I am a Titan Warrior using the below skills, and my game began crashing for myself and all party members when I began using a Volcanic Fissure based build.

It seems that having Volcanic Fissure supported by Upheaval is causing the crashing. The crashes occur at the same exact time for all players in the party. Occasionally the crash will only impact one player, but all players see a "glitch" or FPS drop/freeze for a short window. When removing Upheaval from Volcanic Fissure, the issue seems to go away, or is reduced greatly.

Unfortunately I don't have any video's, but can try and capture one if they're necessary.
