Disable Choir Of Storms ASAP

Hi GGG and others,

This is a friendly reminder that Choir of storms needs to be disabled asap.
It appears that with temporalis it removes the cool down of Choir of storms, but further more it will cause multiple casts per crit (up to 5 with my rolls)

This is not good as Choir of storms is not a "invocation" or "meta skill" there fore can build up energy for other cast on crit like affects.

This is dangerous for build making as all DPS problems can be solved with Choir of storms and Temporalis while using Life tap and blood mage with Atziri's acuity to recover the cost with instant leech on crit.

Achieving 100% critical hit chance (even without Cast on crit) will instantly crash the instance without casting anything but choir of storms, which is a good indicator that choir of storms is also triggering it's self.

With the correct set up it is possible to delay the choir of storms proc with things like comet and fire ball, though because each crit instance casts multiple lightning bolts. 1 Crit from any source will loop between lightning bolt and the as for mentioned spell until either one chain chain of spells stop criting. or the instance stop working due to a overflow of data on the server's cluster. these crashes may be causing GGG money as a result of the overflow and instance crashes.

If this is intended, this is not good.

Solutions to rectify this problem involve.
Maximum casts per server tick. This is a boring fix and may result in a reduction of fun and interesting builds in the future.

Put a Mana cost on choir of storms :D
This can be bypassed by using "Mask of Sanguimancer" or blood magic to change all to life costs and result in the same problem :(

Preferred fixed:
A minimum cool down to Choir of storms.
This greatly nerfs the item preventing it from being good at clearing but still maintaining good boss DPS for other spark crit builds.

Adding "invocation" or "meta" tags to choir of the storm to prevent it from getting energy build up.
This will prevent spell cast loops from crashing the server.

Last fix would be to remove Lightning bolt's ability to crit.
Which would significantly de-value the item as it is designed to crit, and would lose it's identity as a boss unique.

All resolutions should be also include removing the "lightning bolt" ability from interacting with "choir of storms" trigger conditions.

I would love to hear alternative solutions to this problem. I have been investigating and testing with this item with several abilities, ratios and other such things.

I have been using Act 1 Bell boio as a test dummy as here is easy to get to and is immune to damage while he walks to the next arena.
