Unbound avatar not affected by Inspiration

Invokers skill "Unbound Avatar" is not affected by "inspiration" support gem when slotted in.
It still costs 100 unbound fury to activate. and consumes all 100 when activated.

It should either require 60 to activate, or just consume 60 out of 100 when activating.
