Wand with reduced requirements crash.

I have a wand with an affix that reduces the stat requirements (intelligence, to be specific) necessary to equip it. However, every time I unequipped it, the game crashed. After some digging, I've realized that while the requirements needed to use the wand were reduced, the same did not apply to the skill attached to said wand (Chaos Bolt).

In other words, the game allows you to equip items with skills you can't use, and when you try to do something with said skills or remove the item, it crashes. This might be something that needs to be looked at. Notably, after a respec to boost my int, the problem stopped, so it's something of a niche issue... But it is an issue that reliably causes crashes every time it occurs, and people who do not notice the difference between item and skill requirements will suffer from it.
