PoE2 character missing

I've only got 1 character. verified the league and etc. 120 hours in, character goes missing. Was on Texas server for PoE2. Multiple emails to support with no answers after almost 24 hours.

I have the same issue. See it in the "My Account" but unable to pin it or do anything with it. Also when clicking the Early Access link, it states my account is not linked and that I don't have it, yet I do and have been playing it.
