Add Butcher-like Random Dungeon Mini-boss

I would like to suggest to the developers to add a Butcher-like mini-boss that has a small chance of appearing inside any room within dungeons. The Butcher is probably the best mechanic in D4 and would love to see something similar in PoE2. I already think PoE2 early access is a masterpiece.
