Crash to desktop when opening passive skill tree while controlled metamorphesis unique gem slotted

Instant crash to desktop when opening passive tree while controlled metamorph unqie gem slotted in a jewel slot, only way to open is to weapon swap and open. if i swap back when the passive tree is open the game crashes instant to desktop. Plz fix.
