Audio lag, keyboard input lag ingame and registering input multiple times after running PoE2

Hello,

So I just purchased PoE2 to play with my friend who got me a CDKey, but after running the game and entering the world I get terrible audio stutter/lag like the game is having a hard time being processed by my computer.

Besides that my keyboard input gets really laggy inside the game and alt tabbed, taking some type to register my input and then registering the same input multiple times, even on other apps or on my browser while the game is runing.

This also happens in game, when I'm walking around I constantly freeze into a certain direction I was pressing the input for and skates there, taking some time to register an input on a different direction.

I don't have a bad computer (I think lol), here's the specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
16gb ram
NVidia 3060ti
Game files on my SSD aswell.

I tried setting the game to run on lowest specs, switched to vulkan and everything. Nothing works.

I just did the test while writing this, all is fine but as soon as I run the game thru Steam and the theme music kicks in.... bye bye, entire computer starts lagging and I can't write anymore, keyboard input lag aswell and records multiple keystrokes.

Beside lowering all graphics and closing all applications, the only that worked was switching to DirectX11. And then it worked... My keyboard and pc doesn't lag while running the game anymore....

But the game then has terrible graphics and animation lag while rolling.

What should I do? I guess it's a problem on my side, maybe a Windows11 problem?
