An Audience with the King

Every so often when I load up a map in my hideout An Audience with the King Disappearing twice in a row, when I go into my portal to start it I get sent back to the log in screen and when I load back in the map is closed and I have lost the map. Really sucks when the map is a good one and I dont even get to try it.
