Burning Ground interaction with Energy Shield (Deals way too much damage against ES)

I hope i'm not the first one to bring this up, but burning ground clearly isn't working as intended against energy shield characters, even with a high ES pool and capped resistances it absolutely melts energy shield, you can barely stand in it for 2 seconds before going from 100% to 0%

In contrast when I had a life based character, even though his life pool was much lower than my current energy shield, burning ground seemed to do a logical amount of damage, and wouldn't instantly destroy me the moment i stepped on it.
Either there is some kind of huge multiplier where energy shield takes like 500% more damage from burning ground compared to life, or it completely ignores resistances when damaging energy shield. Either way, this should be fixed asap.

Agreed burning ground is stupid it kills me way faster than anything

in 09 November 2025 this issues still persists, i hope devs fix this issue.
