Have an option to defer Item at Vendors during the campaign similar to Ritual rewards system

Problem / Issue): I played through the campaign prior to the loot buff and am playing through on an alternate character. Something I noticed is that as cool as it is that items at vendors reset when you level, this is sometimes not a good thing. Why? Because sometimes there is an item that I want to buy, but do not have enough gold for. However, to farm gold or items to purchase that upgrade from the vendor I am also going to get xp and then level. Maybe I need to go farm very low level zones so that I only drop items and gold? I don't really like that as a solution.

Answer): make it so I can defer items at vendors similar to ritual. Make the deferral fee 10% - 25% of the items gold cost and a portion of that will also reduce the total cost of the item. This way the item is guaranteed to stay in the shop when you level up. Maybe one detriment is that the shop will refresh with one fewer item until you purchase your deferred item. This would help so much because there have been several instances where I want to purchase an upgrade and then I level prior to earning enough to purchase the item and now I am out that item and have no new or exciting options in the refreshed vendor stock.
