Still haven't receive my POE 2 artbook

Yes I upgraded last week and a few days go by so I look for the extra key for a friend so I email support. They said no physical merch or extra keys come in the supporter pack bundles ?? So I emailed him a pic of there site saying it does . No reply .

90 days and still haven't got my POE 2 Artbook which I paid for shipping btw. I sent them transaction receipts and I don't know if they're just incompetent to actually resolve a simple issue.

Crazy to me how they do not know what they're selling? almost like a scam
