GGG has sadly gone back on their Guild MTX transfer promise.

I politely asked GGG support if there was any way I would be allowed to re-gift my supporter pack transactions to my new PoE 2 guild, as guilds are confirmed to no longer be merging.

I don't mind re-buying stash tabs or other such commodities, but I literally cannot buy another Karui Elemancer Totem to have snow/lightning/ash in my guild's hideout, because I gifted that item (and a few others) to my PoE 1 guild under the promise that it would all transfer.

If I knew this was how it was going to be, I simply would have waited until PoE 2 to do it, but there's no way to cancel it.

I was met with "I'm afraid that once Points or any microtransactions have been donated to a guild, we are not able to return these to a player's balance. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!"

Please allow for a policy exception, I beg of you, GGG! I desperately want my Kalgurann crafting station and Elemancer Totem!

tl;dr: I have no way to use the items in my guild that I was promised I'd have. :(

And it’s okay - let’s assume that you really haven’t preserved the details. YOUR SITE LITERALLY DISPLAYS ALL TRANSACTIONS IN THE GUILD. Can they be repeated in a new guild? No? Well, let’s not get involved with donations anymore, since such a trifle causes such problems for GGG...
