Ember Fusillade - Massive bug, broken gem.

I was messing around with my gem setup, stats, and gear, and now my Ember Fusillade gem is absolutely unusable. Clicking into the skill names it any other skill that was previously in the slot, or even another skill like "Punch".
I was using Dusk Vigil as well in my second weapon slot. I'm really not sure what I did, or how to reproduce, or even how to fix. But, I can tell you that the bug is directly tied to the specific gem, as I cut a new gem at the same level (although it's missing a support slot) and the bug does not occur with it. https://imgur.com/a/q6zVS17 Notice that Fusillade is selected, and the image is at the top of the skill details window. The skill will be named any other skill except fusillade. I also cannot add it to my skill bar. EDIT: Image appeared to be broken so I linked instead.
