Rarttling Septer

I traded for a rattling scepter and when I got it in my inventory it doesn't list "summons X level skeleton warriors". It said this on the market listing.

I tried a different trade with a different person, when they put it in trade it also didn't list the "summons X level skeletons" but in the listing it had "summons X level skeleton warriors".

I am confused and scared to make any trades for this item. I've never seen a rattling scepter that doesn't summon warriors. Is this even a thing? I currently have a very nice rattling scepter that doesn't summon warriors and is pretty useless because of this (that I paid 1D for).

Is this a bug? A mistake in the listing vs the actual item? Any help would be useful.
