Vaal Orb Modifier "Gain Rage on Hit" Not Functioning Properly

Dear Path of Exile 2 Development Team,

I have encountered a bug related to a weapon modifier obtained through using a Vaal Orb. The modifier in question is: "Gain 1 Rage on Hit." However, after extensive testing in-game, it appears that this modifier is not functioning as intended. Despite repeatedly hitting enemies with the weapon equipped, no Rage is gained under any circumstances.

This seems to be a critical issue as it directly impacts the usability and effectiveness of the weapon. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate and address this bug to ensure the modifier works as expected.
