The #1 unsolvable problem that's ruining PoE2 endgame for me

Slick is unironically the best map
I would be partially agreeing with the OP.

Movement is way too restrictive in many of the maps. I've touched a bit on it, and while some of them look "cool". It doesnt really translate to gameplay well.

Take the ritual map from the campaign (I still dont know what its called). The bridges are a SINGLE PERSON in width.

I dont think we should be restricted that harshly in all 4 directions, especially when you are needing to dodge out of the way.

Dead ends are fine though, they've even added stuff to them in the forms of loot boxes, I think they can expand on this idea. But its also preferential play as well, some players may not want to loot everything and go down every path, some do.

Something everyone seems to have forgotten.

The intention of the developers was to SLOW YOU DOWN. They don't want you clearing an entire map in 5 spell casts, this is why they have twisty turny maps.

Yes I know they screwed up, as we have this half baked version of what they wanted. But stop asking to go back to PoE 1 open field maps.

Personally I was looking forward to the more complex and intricate gameplay that PoE 2 was promised to be.

Did they forget to tell the monsters that, Ops running at me, through my minions at mach 10 for my face
