Stun/elemental threshold build up on player visual

Stun/elemental thresholds being an invisible meter that gradually fills up removes any potential for this to be an engaging stat. Since i cant see the meter on me filling up I cant tell if the stat is doing anything. It makes it nearly impossible to judge to what extent investing more or less points into it does. If I could see how quickly the meter fills up or falls off, i could gauge how many points is worth investing in. It could even potentially change the flow of my combat experiences.

Maybe treat it similarly to the way you have designed active blocking stamina.
