Map Complete, but not allowing Atlas progression

Just finished a T15 Seepage map, inside, map says "Map Complete" and I got the "Map Complete" popup message, but on my atlas it says "Map in Progress", and progression to 1 adjacent map has opened up, but another (the one I was actually wanting to path towards) has not.

Small update, I opened next map, and my old map is now showing as completed, but adjacent node did not become usable
